Corona-Virus: Latest information for our customers, suppliers and applicants
The current situation around the corona virus requires all of us to act responsibly and take consistent measures. Our employees’, customers’ and partners’ health is our top priority at MENTOR. At the same time, we mean to ensure being a reliable partner to you, especially in these turbulent times.
We take appropriate measures to ensure this. We’re limiting personal contacts as much as possible, rely on digital communication, asking employees to work remotely, offering extended working hours, and also closing our company on individual days – e.g. the next Fridays.
Temporary company closing
Our main factory and logistics centre in Erkrath and our subsidiary Weidmann in Pforzheim will be closed on the following days:

Information for customers
For the reasons mentioned above, we are currently also reducing personal contact with our customers to a minimum – both at your premises and during visits to our company. Instead, we’re making use of telephone and video conferences and other digital means of communication. Please support us in this.
Information for suppliers
We reduce the personal contact with the representatives of our suppliers to the absolute minimum. Visits are now only possible in exceptional cases and only after prior telephone consultation with your contact person. We ask you to refrain from all other visits. The delivery of goods is still possible at the ususal times to our logistics centre Heinrich-Hertz-Straße 7, 40699 Erkrath-Unterfeldhaus. Exception: Please note the temporary company closings.
